Applegate Recalls Bout with Breast Cancer
Christina Applegate admits that hearing the medical diagnosis that she had breast cancer made the floodgates open.

The 36-year-old Samantha Who? star spoke openly with Oprah Winfrey about her recent radical mastectomy on a special edition of the Oprah Winfrey Show in line with October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

"So you just made the decision that you were gonna let both go,” Winfrey asked her in reference to her decision of having both her breasts removed.

To which Christina replied, "Yep. I was just gonna let them go.”

This special interview airs on Tuesday.
