Far from her former New York City escapades, one of which culminated in a wild night in a strip club with a borrowed thong, Britney Spears takes on Manhattan once again – in style this time.

This time, the agenda was strictly business. And of course, a little bit of shoping. Straight from the LAX airport, the pop tart then checked in a swanky downtown hotel to recharge for a hectic day ahead.

First up was a visit to the Z100 radio station to promote her new album Circus. And then it was a quick business meeting with Sony head honcho and president of her record label Barry Weiss.

And what Big Apple trip would be complete without a trip to Barney’s where Brit walked away with Christian Louboutin high heels and Shu Uemura beauty products.
