Unfortunately, it is back to jail for Mindy McCready, who will be spending time behind bars for probation violation.

As the troubled singer’s rep told People Magazine, the 32-year-old will voluntarily surrender to authorities to serve a 60 day sentence in a Tennessee jail. She was arrested last June for violating her prescription drug fraud charges.

"I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs, and entertain," the country singer said in a statement released last Monday.
