Heath’s Successors Give Money to his Daughter
When Heath Ledger untimely passed away due to an accidental drug overdose last January, he left behind an unfinished movie role in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. Fortunately, Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell have stepped in to fill the late actor’s shoes by playing versions of his character.

And luckily, all these three huge Hollywood names have even bigger hearts. The three actors all gave the money they earned in making the movie to Heath’s daughter, Matilda Rose Ledger, to make sure that she can live on comfortably. Heath’s only will was written before his daughter was born, thus it did not leave her with anything.

"They didn't take money – it goes to Heath's daughter,” the film’s director Terry Gilliam told OK! Magazine, "The three actors were totally heroic coming in because this doesn't happen very often, where there is a tragedy and very famous and successful actors come in and say 'OK we'll do whatever it takes to help.' To be part of that is wonderful."
