Definitely not lying and cheating. In fact, John Mayer only has kind words for his most recent ex.

"There's no lying, there's no cheating, there's no nothing," the crooner assured reporters who asked him about what caused the break-up of this summer’s hottest romance, Jennifer Aniston is the smartest, most sophisticated person I think I have ever met."

So what caused this sad separation then? "People are different, people have different chemistry,” Mayer revealed, "I ended a relationship to be alone, because I don't want to waste somebody's time if something's not right."
