Pete Wentz had more than pre-wedding jitters on his mind on the days before his wedding.

One week before his Saturday nuptials to Ashlee Simpson, the Fall Out Boy received some not-so-welcome news. The rocker was served with a lawsuit for allegedly beating up a concert on-looker at a Fall Out Boy gig in Chicago almost a year ago.

Traumatized and no longer a fan for sure, Andy Kallas sued Wentz and his entourage that ill-fated night with assault, battery and negligence. The beat-up allegedly occurred at Schuba’s Tavern in Chicago, Illinois, which was also named as a defendant. Kallas reportedly suffered injuries on his face, mouth and head.

According to Kallas attorney, “[Wentz] started the attack and then had his bodyguards complete the attack for him."
