Halle Berry Angry with Paps

Actress Halle Berry has lashed out at sneaky photographers who she claims meandered into private property to steal get snapshots of her and baby Berry.

In a brief statement to the media, she insists that the photos of her and four-month-old Nahla Ariela Aubry taken in the garden were courtesy of an intruder.

After seeing the garden shots of her and her mini-Berry on the Internet and in a couple of celebrity publications, the actress flew off the handle and shot down talks that the pics were taken while she was “out and about in Los Angeles.”

Both In Touch Weekly and Life & Style Weekly, which used the photographs they obtained from licensed photo agency Fame Pictures, said they used the photos "in good faith."

Fame Pictures, which distributed the shots, hasn't issued statements with regards to Berry's claims.

Berry lawyer Evan Spiegel has lodged a criminal complaint and an investigation is said to be in progress.

The attorney asserts he has witnesses to confirm that the paparazzi were indeed carrying out a “very blatant and invasive trespass.”

Berry could be misconstrued by some as just having post-partum rage issues, or that she’s just incensed because she hasn’t yet decided on the baby’s photo rights and now the pics are plastered all over the Internet.

But no matter, one thing’s for sure. Mini-Berry’s name has too many A’s in it.
